Project and Programme Management (PPM)


Project Programme Management, often abbreviated to "PPM", is fundamental to business change.

All organisations and businesses must adapt and change if they are to remain effective and competitive. However, making those changes can expose the business to serious risk, especially when budgets are tight or resources limited.   • How will we know when we have done it properly?

These are all easy to ask, but can be surprisingly difficult to answer accurately, and if you get just one of them wrong then everything can quickly go pear-shaped.
